Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can write to us at support@fazlanitradingltd.com.  If your order is eligible for return, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are advised to read the following points before initiating a return 

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product/products are faulty.
  • If you are a customer outside the UK, and you refuse to pay the import charges, the refund will be issued only after the package has been returned to us. This refund amount is after the deduction of to and from shipping charges we incurred.
  • Return shipment sent are entirely at the customer's risk. Fazlani Trading Limited will not hold any responsibility for returning packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please obtain proof of postage and insurance. Refunds and exchanges are processed following receipt of the returned item 
  • The regulations state that a retailer can make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
  • If you are a customer outside the UK,  It is mandatory and the customer‘s responsibility to declare the items as “Return of Sale” or “Sales Return”  while sending the package to us. If the returned item is not declared as mentioned above, the Customs and Duties levied against the order will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the item is/are  eligible for return and returns are in acceptable conditions, the refund will be issued for the products excluding the shipping cost

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty
We do not offer a warranty for the watches supplied. We are online retailers and not authorized to provide manufacturer warranty, So we are not in a position to provide a warranty for any of the watches we sell


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Promo codes

Any promo code's discount amount will not be reimbursed or returned to the pertaining account in case of cancellation or return of orders. Store operator's call is final in this matter.
