PRODUCTS & STOCK
All the products are authentic. Any product purchased from FTL is guaranteed to arrive at your doorstep brand new and with all its official packaging and documentation.
FTL only use 100% authentic packaging that is supplied to us. All the watches comes with original packing and documents
No, we do not offer an engraving service.
Generally we do not offer gift wrapping. If you are ordering as a gift pls contact us at support@fazlanitradingltd.com and please let us know so that your invoice is emailed to you and will not appear in the box delivered.
The price of the product is exclusive of customs, import duties, etc. If you are ordering from outside of UK, you have to pay those charges for clearance of the package
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm GMT on Mondays to Fridays on the same day. However, we do random checks on payments to protect our customers, and this might lead to slight delays. In most cases, you can expect your order to be dispatched the same working day.
Please note that FTL does not operate on weekends or on bank and public holidays, so your order will be dispatched on the following working day
UK Deliveries - We use Royal Mail's Special day 1pm Delivery / Tracked 24 / Tracked 48. Please Note: This is not a guaranteed service and the timeline is an estimate.
International Deliveries - We use DHL / Parcelforce / Royal Mail. Depending on the service provider the delivery time will wary. On an approximation, delivery usually between 4-15 working days.
If you are ordering from outside UK, there will be customs, VAT, Sales tax, etc depends on which country you are ordering from. This charges will vary from country to country. We advice you to do a quick research on these charges before ordering
At the moment there is no option to select shipping services but if you are ordering in large quantities, pls contact us for customized shipping prices
RETURNS & REFUND
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Send a return request to support@fazlanitradingltd.com to initiate a return. Follow the instructions when you get reply email.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

WARRANTY
We do not offer warranty for the watches supplied. As we are small time retailers and not authorised to provide manufacturer warranty, we are not in a position to provide warranty for any of the watches we sell
